Last update: 2/4/10
We are learning that the legislative process is long and complex. Many of these bills may not pass their committees or will be substantially different after amendments. For these reasons we are not going to officially support specific bills until later in the process when the bills are more finalized. The one exception we are making is to the set of bills proposing to reduce furlough days with a portion of the hurricane fund: SB 2124 and 2436. We have submitted testimony supporting these bills.
We hope this information is helpful and encourage everyone who believes in one of these ideas to attend the hearings and submit testimony. To download or print this chart click here: LegislativeChart
